All products sold on the website are physical goods that are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days and sent with tracked UPS delivery. Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to its destination.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as carrier timelines may be affected by factors outside our control. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact customer support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Refunds are issued for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions; all other requests are reviewed case by case. One refund per product is allowed unless the item is defective, and refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Returned items should be sent back in a resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
