Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days and shipped with tracked UPS delivery. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Yes. Every order ships with UPS tracking. We'll email you a confirmation right after purchase and a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Silicone tools — the face mask brush, lip exfoliator, and cleansing brush — rinse clean under warm water and air-dry in minutes. Wipe the jade roller with a soft damp cloth rather than soaking it, and keep rechargeable items away from prolonged submersion unless marked waterproof.
Yes. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back.
Our silicone tools are made from food-grade silicone and designed to be gentle enough for daily use, including on sensitive skin. As with any new product, we suggest starting with a shorter session and lower setting, and stopping if you notice irritation.
